We are a fit out and refurbishment contractor, based in London, delivering projects across the Midlands and Southern England. We work with landlords, tenants and owner-occupiers to create modern, high-performing spaces, from CAT A and CAT B fit outs to refurbishments and transformations. Our projects typically range from £5,000 to £3,000,000, across various sectors including office, industrial, retail, hospitality and leisure, residential, and more.
Known for our energy, transparency and commitment to quality, we take a practical, solutions-led approach, working in partnership with clients from concept through to completion and handover. We were founded on a simple idea: combine the experience and commercial strength of a larger firm with the responsiveness and personal service of a specialist team.
